The Fauré Quartet at Rheingau Music Festival with Annette Dasch

At this year’s Rheingau Musik Festival at Schloss Johannisberg, the Fauré Quartet once again took the stage with the acclaimed soprano Annette Dasch. The theme of unrequited love permeated their concert, which featured Lieder by Gustav Mahler, the Wesendonck Lieder by Richard Wagner (in their arrangement for piano quartet and vocals), and the Werther Quartet in C minor op. 60 by Johannes Brahms. The new CD available for purchase in the autumn

The Fauré Quartet was back in the studio again to record its latest CD, which will be available for purchase in the autumn. And once again, the Quartet is demonstrating its innovative spirit.
